Voices of the Mountains is a project that showcases Polish highlands culture, traditions, and landscapes through the music of four Polish composers, including award-winning Wojciech Kilar (Francis Ford Coppola’s Bram Stoker’s Dracula), Karol Szymanowski, Henryk Mikołaj Górecki, and Mieczysław Karłowicz. This concert brings together three Polish musicians—pianist Janusz Olejniczak, vocalist Sebastian Karpiel-Bułecka, and conductor Jerzy Maksymiuk—for a fusion of Polish highlands music, drum and bass, and jazz.
